Book Online – Holistic Counselling and Somatic Therapy on the Sunshine Coast

Instructions to Book Online

1) Choose Appointment. Select the appointment type and duration, and a time that suits you.

• You may see me at my treatment room in Palmview (full address is emailed when you book), or online (video call) for some offerings, or book a Mobile Massage in your home.
  • Note that for Mobile Massage: only some suburbs are serviced, please refer to ahmassage.au for more details

2) Your Information. Please fill in your details accurately, including all required fields.

• The secure booking system will store your credit card details to ensure your booking is genuine, however you will not be charged. (Note: I cannot see your credit card details. However I can charge you in accordance with the cancellation policy listed further below)
• Please pay by cash or bank transfer at the time of the appointment. Card payments are also accepted, with a transaction fee.

3) Confirmation. A confirmation email is automatically generated and sent to you. You have the option to add the confirmed booking directly to your Google/Outlook/iCloud calendar.

• Please check that your appointment details are correct. If the confirmation email does not arrive please check your spam folder and mark my email address as not spam. If you cannot find it please text me and confirm your email address so I can resend it.
  • Reminder emails are sent 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment, however it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

If you would like to request a recurring appointment please discuss this with me at your next appointment and I can set this up for you. This ensures you get a regular timeslot. It is recommended that you book in advance.

Note: Note that harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service at any time (and you will be charged in full). This is a professional service only – no “extras” are provided. What you see on the website is what you get!

Consultation & Arriving on Time

• As this is a home-based practice, there is no waiting room available. Please aim to arrive on time or no more than 5 minutes early. If you arrive earlier, kindly wait outside to allow me time to refresh both myself and the treatment space between clients. Your consideration also helps ensure you don’t unintentionally disturb someone else’s treatment.
• If you arrive late you will be charged for the full treatment time but you may only receive the remaining time of your appointment.

Cancellation, Reschedule and No-Show Agreement

• Please show your support and respect by providing at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows enough time for someone else to take your place.
• You can make changes to your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance, or you can call or text me on 0433 523 678, so that I can assist you promptly.
  Please DO NOT email regarding changes to your appointments.
• If you’re unable to attend due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place. Please send me a text message with their name so I know who to expect.
• Please do not attend your appointment if you have symptoms of an infectious illness. For holistic counselling, thetahealing or coaching sessions, you may change your in-person session to an online session if you are contagious but well enough to do the session.

Cancellation Fee

• Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed (no-shows) with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full fee.
• If you are experiencing symptoms of an infectious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment by calling 0433 523 678. If I am unable to answer, kindly send a text message.
• In cases of illness or other extenuating circumstances, where you’ve provided as much notice as possible, part of the cancellation fee may be credited toward your next appointment – provided it occurs within 4 weeks.

Please remember to communicate with me via phone (call or text), not by email. Please text me if I am unable to answer your call.

Your Privacy is Honoured

• I collect your email address during the online booking process to send you appointment reminders. I will never pass your email address to third parties.
• I collect your information for the purposes of this professional health service only and for marketing purposes for my business only.
• For my safety, another person is aware of the address for each mobile massage appointment and I let them know when I have left the premises.

Add Sound Immersion to any service at Palmview Treatment room – Crystal Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks to clear and balance the chakras and energy field. Can include Shamanic Rattle and Drum if you like (please request)

Add a Private Infrared Sauna session to any service

Payment

Payment by cash or bank transfer is preferred.

EFTPOS payments are also accepted including: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. However there is a transaction fee for these payments that is passed on to you. (approximately 1.7%-2.25% depending on whether you are paying in person or the payment is being charged distantly).
