Book Online – Holistic Counselling, Massage, Breathwork, Shamanic Healing on the Sunshine Coast

Instructions to Book Online

1) Choose Appointment. Select the appointment type and duration, and a time that suits you.

• You may see me at my treatment room in Palmview (full address is emailed when you book), or online (video call) for some offerings, or book a Mobile Massage in your home.
  • Note that for Mobile Massage: only some suburbs are serviced, please refer to ahmassage.au for more details

2) Your Information. Please fill in your details accurately, including all required fields.

• The secure booking system will store your credit card details to ensure your booking is genuine, however you will not be charged. (Note: I cannot see your credit card details. However I can charge you in accordance with the cancellation policy listed further below)
• Please pay by cash or bank transfer at the time of the appointment. Card payments are also accepted, with a transaction fee.

3) Confirmation. A confirmation email is automatically generated and sent to you. You have the option to add the confirmed booking directly to your Google/Outlook/iCloud calendar.

• Please check that your appointment details are correct. If the confirmation email does not arrive please check your spam folder and mark my email address as not spam. If you cannot find it please text me and confirm your email address so I can resend it.
  • Reminder emails are sent 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment, however it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

If you would like to request a recurring appointment please discuss this with me at your next appointment and I can set this up for you. This ensures you get a regular timeslot. It is recommended that you book in advance.

Note: Note that harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service at any time (and you will be charged in full). This is a professional service only – no “extras” are provided. What you see on the website is what you get!

Consultation & Arriving on Time

• I do not have a waiting room and I run my sessions on time. I need some time to refresh the room and myself, so if you arrive more than 5 minutes early, please wait outside.
• If you arrive late you will be charged for the full treatment time but you may only receive the remaining time of your appointment.

Cancellation, Reschedule and No-Show Agreement

• Please show support and respect by rescheduling or cancelling your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows another client the chance to receive a treatment in your place.
• If you need to change your appointment you can do so online up until 24 hours before, or call me on: 0433 523 678. If I do not answer your call, please send a text message so I can attend to it promptly. Please do NOT email.
• If there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from attending your appointment, or you are ill on the day, then you also have the option to send another person in your place. No cancellation fee applies in that case – please send me a text message to let me know who is taking your place.
• Please note that you are not permitted entry to the clinic if you are infectious to protect my clients.* (See cancellation fee below)

Cancellation Fee

• Appointments cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours or missed (no shows) will require full payment (unless someone takes your place).
• *If you are showing signs of cold/flu or other infectious illness, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. You may do so online if it is more than 24 hours before, or by calling: 0433 523 678 at first sign of illness, and at least 6 hours before your appointment. If I do not answer your call, please send me a text message. You may be charged in full if it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, however this fee may be applied toward your rescheduled appointment, if you inform me a minimum of 6 hours before your appointment, and your appointment occurs within 4 weeks maximum, and is rescheduled promptly.
• Please note that failure to give at least 6 hours notice to cancel / reschedule an appointment due to illness may be charged in full, with no credit given towards a future appointment. Please call me to discuss, and remember your option to send someone in your place.

Your Privacy is Honoured

• I collect your email address during the online booking process to send you appointment reminders. I will never pass your email address to third parties.
• I collect your information for the purposes of this professional health service only and for marketing purposes for my business only.
• For my safety, another person is aware of the address for each mobile massage appointment and I let them know when I have left the premises.

Price for: Massage Therapy (Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Swedish Relaxation, Lomi Lomi [Hawaiian], Pregnancy, and Oncology Massage) & Five Element Acupressure at the Palmview Treatment Room

I use natural aromatherapy oil and hot stones at no extra cost.

Add Sound Immersion to any service at Palmview – Crystal Singing Bowls to clear and balance the chakras and energy field. Can include Shamanic Rattle and Drum Healing if you like.

(Excluding mobile massages and online sessions. You will see the option to add the sound immersion when booking online.)

15 minutes: $20

Add Infrared Sauna to any service. Please bring a water bottle. Towels are provided. There is a shower to use. Sauna happens after the treatment.

Payment

Payment by cash or bank transfer is preferred.

EFTPOS payments are also accepted including: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. However there is a transaction fee for these payments that is passed on to you. (1.95%-2.25% depending on whether you are paying in person or the payment is being charged distantly. This transaction fee is equivalent to the fee that I get charged for taking card payment. This keeps cash and bank transfer payments cheaper rather than having a price rise to account for transaction fees).
